For the next 2 weeks, expect delays along Fourth Street and please take alternative routes when possible. Utility relocation has been extended approximately until 5:30p.m. and additional construction activities will occur on Saturdays (Dec. 4 and Dec. 11). Construction activities will stop from Dec. 20 through Dec. 31 but will resume on Monday, Jan. 3, 2011 with normal scheduled work hours from 7:00a.m.-3:30p.m. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
