Synergy Project Management (Contractor) will soon be completing utility relocation for the future Moscone Station and Portal construction on 4th Street between Howard to Bryant streets. The final phase of this task will be paving 4th Street between Harrison and Bryant streets.

Here are some facts that you should be aware of:

  • On Friday, May 13th paving on 4th Street between Harrison and Bryant streets will begin at 7:00 a.m. and will be completed by 5:00 p.m.
  • Perry and Stillman streets will be closed and only local access off of 3rd Street will be available.
  • There will always be lanes available to travel on 4th Street adjacent to the paving work.
  • Please expect that there will be an increase in certain noise level generated by the construction project and traffic will be impacted.
